I believe you forgot to put the latest Firespiter mod (only dll need). Firespiter is needed to have windows/doors working...
All are explained in the "Omicron - Instalation.txt" that goes if the mod. I believe if you read all, you can figure out the problem.

My Kerbals will launch inside their rockets and explode middle way to the sky, resembling fireworks, but will them go back to ground with parachutes.

The tank are already there, in the lasts updates. This new module part for the engines should be 2 parts, one with the base, shielding and the legs, and the other will be the engine, so you can use it with all 9 positions or less.
The adapter from Omicron to 2m circle size already exist too, and it is a detachable part. (decoupler on/off)

That could be too Mr. BGYT. The use of it would be more for exploring the surface, like a rover. Let me thing about.
I am pointed to do a size 2m capsule with walkable interior, so we could have a full "falcon 9" like rocket. The tanks are already there. Fin's too.

That part was an easy one. Have others with similarities to change from.
Need to find some time to advance on it, I am doing legs and engines with a lower part to the rocket lifter for Omicron, it's advanced but not solved yet.

I open Ckan on Mac, and in the search I type Om, Omi, Omic, Omicron, and nothing appears.
Could be a Mac bug/behavior maybe?

Wow, I was thinking this morning, should be a mod to subtract, add a hole, a visual hole to the parts, so my mod Omicron, could have it show inside properly when you use it's landing gears, the internal part of it, and here you are.
Man, if I understand clearly, is what it does, isn't?
Now, my gears is like this, you can't see the part goes inside the vessel body.
Using your mod I can make it show that?
If yes, with your permission, I gonna add it to my mod, for sure. And even to Omicron.dll code, if you permit.
I hope still work on 1.12.2.

No, The mod exist and run, externally for sure, but it runs. And I said 5.0 runtime, not core.
And all you write here not even close helped me with my first question on the thread, that I solved alone, as you can see on the second post, but thank you for your trying.
I've done here , If any moderator read this stuff, you should close this thread please, because it is already solved and have no point anymore.

Doing some updates here, that will improve Omicron flying capabilities.
Wing parts, custom to work with it's engine systems.
And because it change a bit it's appearance and get some resemblance from a stingray, the name will evolve to Omicron Stingray.
But that release and update will take some time, because I need to finish the engines and hard assembler for engines plus legs.
