  1. Lenser cleaner will work. Markers are usually some form of alcohol based, so anything with a high alcohol content (Hand sanitizer is like 99%) should work fine.
  2. As this isn't a tech support thing, but more of a Gameplay question (I think), It has been moved. When you have a placed strut, and then click on it again, it automatically picks up both ends of the strut, and you will have to re-place the anchor side again before placing the second end.
  3. Moved to Add on discussion.
  4. Dropbox and other's like Google drive are free. Large Log files can make it difficult for some users to view the forums on various platforms.
  5. That's a good idea. We're watching this one closely, as it does flirt with some of our prohibited topics. As long as the discussion stays civil, informed, and in the realms of science, as the thread has pretty much done so so far, it'll stay open. But you guys know the rules, if there is an outbreak of bickering.... A learned debate is good, arguing is bad.
  6. Warrior, It's best if you would please upload the log file to a service like dropbox, and then link it here. Thanks!
  7. That's the downside to using physics warp, sometimes the computer forgets to carry a 2. If you know you are going to have a long burn time, consider using aa autopilot mod that will do the burn for you. That way you can tab over, or go eat dinner, do something else while the burn is happening. You don't have to use any of the other features that come with an AP mod, just let it do the actual burn.
  8. I see why this thread died, had to pull out some serious google fu to find this.
  9. Being one of the new guys, I can't say for sure, but I think a couple have met up. And of course, there's standing offers of "If you're ever out this way....."
  10. And I have moved your second, identical thread here also, and merged them together.
  11. That's so cute.... when did it leave the nest?
  12. This should be your first step. Alt-F12 and find the "Release Input locks" button. If it continues to a point where you constantly have to free the input locks, we'll need some logs and such to diagnose what is going on.
  13. Yes. We have a number of threads on the various launch agencies out there who are already working on the problem. I'd take a gander at some of those, as they would be more fitting for this type of discussion, rather than 'simple' question and answer format this thread tends to follow.
  14. Jones, Modders produce these mods in their own time. They are not beholden to anybody to update or work on the mods at all. Now, if you simply state your problem, then people will help you fix the problem. Above in this thread, some questions were asked of you, and you have yet to answer them. Perhaps if you were to do so, then we could help you find a working solution. Some threads that might help you find a solution:
  15. 5140: You realize you're just a bit above halfway to the summit of Olympus Mons.
  16. Moved to tech support, modded. Recreate the crash, then post a link to your log as described here:
  17. Well, if you don't care about achievements, open the cheat menu and manually complete the contract. If you know you did the contract, then there's no reason not to profit.
  18. From v .17 to 1.2, I had never touched career mode, and always went into sandbox. So yeah, theere's every chance a new player will have access to RTG on day 1.
  19. First, please don't post whole logs on the forums. Small sections (a couple dozen lines at most) are ok, but full log files make it difficult to read for some users on various platforms. If you must post a log, please use an offsite hosting service, like dropbox or google drive, and link to it here. Secondly, error log usually only shows what is happening with your computer, not within the game itself. We'll need you to recreate the occurrence, and then host your output.log file and link it here, as described: Thirdy, well..... kraken attacks are usually very hard to isolate. Usually, in this type of attack, it boils down to "figure out what you did" and then "don't do that again". There is a youtuber who is famous for finding such attacks and playing with them. But the vague nature of what exactly happened makes it difficult to figure what went wrong. When you say massive, what's massive? 500 parts? 1000? What did you do right before the spazz attack?
  20. Well, @4x4cheesecake's final version worked! So thank you @zer0Kerbal, @Tonka Crash, and 4x4. It probably took longer than it should have, but it works.
  21. Moved to the Portuguese sub forum. Mudei para o Fórum Português.
