  1. We do note the good guys on the forums. If something is posted that is completely out of character for that user, it's usually met with concern first, rather than anger. We do care, and want the best for everybody.
  2. Moved to Challenges, where you are likely to get better reactions from the player base who regularly takes part in such adventures.
  3. Hey guys, I know we're all excited for the potential for bug fixes and all, but some of the discussion here has been straying into a technical support discussion. Which is fine, in the tech support forums. If we continue the discussion here, other users who might find good info in it will probably never get to see it. So let's take that type of discussion over there please, and keep this thread on topic about the upcoming DLC. In particular, we already have this thread, started by @The_Cat_In_Space a bit ago, on this very tech support topic:
  4. They didn't fly very well when they were new either....
  5. Gargamel

    Primes

3329 More trains.... road signs.... watches... legos.... c'mon... something original..... oh this will have to do.
  6. It's on Amazon Prime Video right now (don't know about other streams) if you have access to it.
  7. @The_Cat_In_Space stop reading this thread until you've seen the movie. There are too many spoilers, and it will ruin the experience for you. On my list of things I wish I could do again for the first time, seeing the Matrix again without knowing anything about it is on it (I saw it opening weekend in the theaters). Shush you! Those are fridge moments. Plot holes that you only realize exist after the movie is over and you've gotten up and gone to the fridge to grab a drink. Plus, back in '99, a lot of what are now common 'net security methods weren't very common knowledge, so those type of plot holes get missed till much later. That's a legit question for one of the S&S question threads. There's a ton of research on this.
  8. Have you not seen the matrix?
  9. And the other people in the room wonder why you morphed into somebody in a suit, pulled a gun and ran out of the room. And you wake up in a cement truck, on it's side, stuck in a phone booth.
  10. You might have already seen this, but an update is coming:
  11. Move your ksp directory out from under the Steam folders, and run the ksp.exe directly. That way you can avoid any mod breaking updates while also avoiding the new EULA.
  12. Yes, but they are already. So when the agent takes over the person, does their consciousness just black out? Where do they go mentally? Are they possessed, and go along for the ride? Also, what happens to their body when they die? If the bodies produce the most energy while alive, doesn't it behoove the machines to keep everybody alive? But that would cause the matrix to fail as people don't die aside from old age. So if a young viable body dies in the matrix, what do they do with it? Reload it into a new consciousness in the matrix? Give it a whole new back story?
  13. You might also want to give this thread a read, as it might answer some other questions before they arise: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/182950-tutorial-how-to-install-mods-manually-ckan/
  14. Before this goes down a road we don't want it to, lets keep the arguments civil and non-personal please.
  15. Welcome! The parts are loaded individually when you load the game up, so unless the craft is using some depreciated parts that are kept around to prevent peoples saves from breaking, they should be using the latest version of that part. So no, the crafts usually don't get updated with each version, although sometimes they do when required. A craft is made up of individual parts, and that's how the physics engine sees the craft, as a collection of parts, not a single functional unit.
  16. As previously stated by Vanamonde, Please stay on topic. Off topic posts have been pruned into their own thread. This thread is for discussion of the Release (and delay there of) of the DLC for consoles. Please stay on this topic.
  17. Open sandwich is not a sandwich at all. It's stuff, on a piece of bread. It's not even close. If an open 'sandwich' is a sandwich, then we'd have to include buttered bread as a sandwich. No.
  18. And how are we forgetting Danny2462? Far superior to anything Scott or Matt has ever done....
  19. I would argue that for the base game, it would be a bad idea. Some engines wold never get used, because there would be an overlapping engine that just does it better. So while they might be pretty to look at, adding extra semi-useless parts to the stock game would only bog down a game that is already a pretty big hog of computer resources, alienating more players from being able to play. I think this suggestion resides firmly withing the area of "There's a mod for that".
