@greenTurtle1134, I'll give you the short version. The boss was already one of the Forgotten by the time the story began, the audio logs & transcripts aboard the old munar lander is proof of that. Thus when the Communist crash as you called it occurred she was already shielded, thus as has been described kerbin disappeared around her then popped back into existence....

10 to 1 he's onboard the saucer that's been visiting the base, after all they're not bound by morality. Why would they have any compunctions about abducting some helpless kerbals to experiment on, Jeb being a prime example of a kerbal!!

Question: When you manage to find our wayward Flight Director & Head of R&D are you going to take the first chance you get to strap those 2 in a capsule and send them to space?? Once they've been in space IIRC they are officially members of Forgotten aren't they?? The way the story appears to be going it seems like you plan to send them off-world anyway? Or is it a case of the continual disappearances are going to be a major plot point??

You know I'm getting flashbacks to Crimson Skies from all the discussion, damn that was a fine game. Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge was a decent game, but sadly lacking in some of the things that made the first one great. Really wish someone would get the rights to the IP and make a third installment... -

IIRC the undocking bug appears to be a stock issue being exacerbated by mods, I remember seeing something about that fixed in the next version in the last 2 devnotes.... -
@Cydonian Monk I don't think your ideas are too far fetched, current reactors use movable control rods made of Neutron Poisoning Materials. One possible solution for your concepts is instead of movable control rods you use movable fuel rods instead. When you wish to make the reactor "safe" between burns such as the period of travel between planets you retract the fuel rods into a mass of Neutron Poisoning Materials. Thus the fuel rods that make up the reactor are the only major moving parts aside from the fuel pumps needed to circulate the hydrogen fuel. Such a design has the benefit of the rods being protected during a impact event by the very material the regulates the rate of fission in the nuclear material, the risk of the fuel rods being damaged when retracted could conceivably make such a design safer during journeys between planets since most of the risk occurs during burns when the rods are extended during a active burn relying on the NTR's casing as shielding from any impacts....

Since when has 1.1 been out??? It's still unreleased as of 9:33pm 3/29/2016!!! The only people who have it are the test group, and those working with Squad in media, namely Youtube channels that squad has arrangements with.... -

I was merely pointing out the fact that SQUAD seems to have made the decision to remodel the parts themselves rather than adopt Ven's..... I agree that Ven's are quite high quality, infact I find it hard to play without his atm. -

It is indeed that version, i always visit the github and find the most recent commits before downloading. I know the difference at this point between your release version and the dev github! -

You may want to look at the Materials bay, it seems to gotten a little pudgy around the middle! (It's not 1.25m atm, downloaded the latest version from github as of 10/12/2015...) -

Ok, I'm using the latest github in-dev version & I'm having a problem with the Rockomax X200-48 fuel tank. For reason I can't seem to figure out it has a grand total of 18LF & 22 oxidizer..... Anyone else have this issue??
