  1. Exactly. 400 meters a frame. Which means that if the craft are on the exact same orbit, they could still go "through" one another, because it is a game and they are not really moving.
  2. Both of you are banned for hypocrisy.
  3. That's what I'm saying: if you literally pulverize it, and nothing is left but dust and pebbles, perhaps some boulders, then most if not all of it would be either knocked off course or burn up in the atmosphere. A huge asteroid (especially a stony-iron or iron) would just slice through the atmosphere and impact.
  4. Well, if the orbital velocity is approx. 2000 m/s, and they are in counter orbits, then they are coming at each other at 4000 m/s. Divide that by about 10 fps (I know, accounting for lag...), and you get: 4000 / 10 400 m/s. That's PLENTY of time for them to just *whoosh* by one another. No wonder they don't collide.
  5. I did the career mode, following the wiki campaign. It's harder than you think (Seeing that you have to make the first rockets manned)
  6. Granted. You are a samurai, but are actually a samurai, as in, a thousand or so years in the past. Good luck. I wish someone would make a Portal mod for KSP.
  7. Nope. The user below gets the reference in my location.
  8. 10/10 Definitely seen you before.
  9. Well, think about it: An asteroid, similar to the size of Everest (Like the one 65 million years ago), would hit the Earth, cause tsunamis, incinerate foliage, rain molten rock, and generally cause a bad day. But a hundred million pebbles raining down from space would cause casualties and destruction, but wouldn't have the same "massive impact" aftereffects. And if the asteroid was big enough, it could affect the Earth's orbit and spin, leading to large climate changes. If I were to choose, I'd say we nuke it. Perhaps several times.
  10. Are you in physics warp? It'll say "time warp (1-4)x". If you are, your 'chute will definitely get ripped off. And if it's much more than the capsule, your rocket might be too heavy to be supported by the 'chute. Post pictures. (If you did I don't see them because I'm at school.)
  11. One of few words, are we? Hello! Again, feel free to ask questions.
  12. The reason everyone else likes to make things like that is because once you figure the game out, you start to want to do that. Trust me, eventually you'll start building mass relays and military vehicles. But hello and welcome!
  13. Interesting... Not the best though. 6/10
  14. 4/10 MostlyInvisibleTencharsAndMeh.
  15. Nope. The user below saw the 50'th anniversary special on Saturday.
  16. Banned for a one word location description that is not Doctor Who related.

    Riddles

So, it's some kind of decision, which most avoid, and is "hidden". Those who use the decision as power failed... But the decision becomes clear after a while..... Is it... a riddle?

    Riddles

    Wait, it's not obsession, correct?

    Riddles

Well, the Minecraft forum didn't help... (I know you're there, too. Same exact riddle.) How about... Water? EDIT: or obsession?
  20. Hmm.. I'll have to look into this.
  21. Another good read from Larry Niven: Neutron Star Describes accurately what would happen close to a star like that. Maybe you could put those effects in your story.
