I don't know what mods are conflict, but I found this problems at some mods what I installed. Hello, once again (this is getting too frequent), I really cannot figure this one out with my used-up brainpower (College takes its toll, especially with the ungodly amount of snowfall today in Vancouver.) My game has quite splendidly decided to kick the bucket everytime I enter the Sphere of Influence of any Celestial body besides Earth. And when I say my game has frozen, It freezes the computer too. Windows stops working, the computer becomes unresponsive, starts to sound like a jet engine and worst of all, there are no .log files made, and no matter how long I wait, the game doesn't respond. My game is version 1.6.1 and is modded, extremely modded including (here we go): Airplane Plus, Grounded, Near Future (Solar, Propulsion, Electronics, Aeronautics and Others), Kerbal Engines, Ferrum Aerospace Research, DPAI, Oh Scrap!, KIS, KAS, NAS, BDAc, KJR, Feline Utility Rovers, Firespitter, OPT, TAC Life Support, Kerbal Atomics, Dock Rotate, Aviator Arsenal, Hangar Extender, HullCamera VDS, JSI, Kerbal Engineer Redux, Kerbal Changelog, Kerbal Launch Failure, Kerbtrotter Ltd, Modular Flight Integrator, Persistent Rotation, Physics Range Extender, Planetary Base Inc, Reentry Particle Effect, REPO Soft Tech, Restock and Restock Plus, Smokescreen, Space-Y (Expanded and Lifters), Tweakscale, Vessel Mover, Deployable Engines, B9 Procedural Wings, B9 Part Switch, ASET, Persistent Rotation and Chatterer. I use Module Manager 4.1.0 and KSPModFileLocalizer. Yes, that is my mod list, and no, I'm not joking. (some mod dependencies are not listed here, but they are all there, I guarantee.) I think this is an issue caused by a mod being incompatible with other mods or just messing up the game for me. It might be one of the Near Future Mods (Nertea, sorry if I misspelled that but, I'm a huge fan of your mods.) but, i'm not so sure. It may also be one of the others. Please help, I built a rover and sent it to Duna, no quicksaves (challenge) and the game promptly crashed after I left Kerbin, there was much raging today. Thank you, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

i recently installed ubuntu on my computer, and i tried running ksp on it and it keeps crashing just as its finished loading and often crashes the whole system with it. My computer is, admittedly, underpowered for ksp (1.4ghz core 2 duo, 4gb of ram and intel integrated gpu) but it was running fine on windows so i think its an os problem . I dont know how to send the logfile, but i looked through it and there were some warnings, but none at the end of the loading, which is when it crashes.

Edit: I have come to the conclusion that I have faulty hardware. So, I've had this issue for a while now, and I used to be able to use temporary workarounds to fix it, but I can't get it to work anymore. So basically, every time I boot up KSP through Steam, and then the PD Launcher, it will attempt to load, then crash my entire laptop. Now, my laptop may not have the newest technology, but it should absolutely be able to run KSP, and had done so just fine in the past. For 40 hours! And out of nowhere the game suddenly crashes as soon as it tries to load, which makes me very sad. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, going through the files, searching up possible solutions, but nothing seems to help me. A possible outcome that my friend and I came to was that my laptop is shutting down to prevent it from reaching deadly temperatures, but I will look more into that later. I also observed Task Manager, and noticed that the application did not ever max out my CPU or RAM, so I am absolutely stumped. And it can run KSP2 fine as well which should obviously crash my laptop if KSP1 does. UnityPlayer.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module UnityPlayer.dll at 0033:9679ba80. This is the crash report error that's been ruining my games all this month of November and part of December, ever since I built this new PC. New motherboard, new CPU, new GPU, new SSD, old RAM though. This are my PC specs: CPU: AMD Ryzan 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 8/16 0,0v Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. B550 AORUS ELITE V2 RAM: 16GB GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti (12,0 GB) Windows 11 Pro I use a lot of mods, but that wasn't a problem in my old PC. Of course, I would get a crash after hours of gameplay but that wasn't a hustle, this is, and it's very annoying and game breaking. Please, I need your help. Remember where some parts would break into multiple pieces (solar panels, antennas) once they were destroyed? It’d be cool for KSP2 to expand on that. Of course not every part is gonna be destructible, but it’d be nice to see landing gear, the procedural wings, and some engines be able to fall apart.

It happens whether I'm in orbit or landed, occurring approximately every three to four hours. However, after landing my rover on Duna, the frequency of these crashes increased to about once every hour. Moreover, once my rover arrived a place near the north polar icy area and the midland sea, the game became almost unplayable. Whether I move the rover or not, the game crashes after two to three minutes. When the crash occurs, a window briefly appears, indicating a Unity crash. It displays a kerman and a red exclamation mark.Afterward,the game freezes. Meanwhile, after the crash, if I attempt to launch the game again, the startup speed becomes extremely slow. The RAM usage increases from the original 2GB to approximately 10GB, and upon entering the menu interface, the game becomes very laggy. Essentially, I am trapped in the menu interface and can only force close the game using the Task Manager. As a result, I am forced to restart my computer. After the restart, the startup and lag issues are resolved, and the game returns to normal. If I don't restart, the game will remain in the aforementioned state. However, in my other save file, when I attempted to build an SSTO using MK4 ,B9,and other mod’s parts, the game behaved normally, and crashes were almost non-existent. After that, I tried various troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling mods (the game seemed to work fine in a pure stock state), launching with d3d12 and d3d9, and installing optimization mods, but none of them resolved the issue. The specifications of my laptop are as follows: CPU: i5-12400 RAM: 16G 3200MHz GPU: RTX 3070 Laptop Storage: 1TB NVME SSD All hardware drivers have been updated to the latest version. I have downloaded the game 5 days ago from today (27/3/23) and haven't been able to even get a glimpse of gameplay because it crashes and shuts the game. I have seen that only a few others have had the same issues and I have tried all of the recommended 'fixes' and still nothing. I get an application error box which I will link a picture of below. If anybody can find a fix for this I will love you dearly.

I'm noticing that the more I play, the worse the performance of the game becomes, especially when I save, both automatically and quick saving I only have 7 ships on the go currently and a limit of 100 debris I don't understand how its becoming worse and I don't know how to fix it. Deleting saves did nothing I have noticed Unity crash handler appears in my task manager when this freeze happens.

My ship exploded on launch (literally, every part seemed to separate) and then after pressing revert to VAB my game froze and crashed (the music was still playing, but it didn't load for minutes) My specs are: CPU: Intel i5-11600K @ 3.90 GHz GPU: EVGA RTX 3060 XC 12GB RAM: 32GB @ 3600MHz My game is installed on an M.2 drive v0.1.1.0 My ship was pretty large, but this is the first freeze/crash after my ship ran into 'issues'

Patch one broke my game. One of two things happen: 1) The game fails to load to main menu and a secondary window with the ksp2 logo opens then crashes game. 2) The game gets to main menu but crashes when I attempt to load a campaign file or create a new campaign. Secondary ksp2 window with logo also appears here before the crash. Attempts at solution: I have attempted to verify integrity of files via Steam, uninstalled/reinstalled ksp2, updated steam. None have worked so far. I do not have any mods installed, nor have I altered any files.

Version: 1.12.4 Windows Problem: When attempting to load any active vessel for the first time after starting the game, the craft violently shakes with an "approaching G-Limits" warning and explodes. Reloading the last quicksave returns the vessel to normal, at the cost of any progress since then. However, for some craft, the game just crashes upon attempting to load (again, only after first starting up the game). KSP: Latest - OS: Linux Mint Problem: Game crashes when i decouple, no clue whats causing it, but its not an issue without mods,. Mods installed: Realistic Progression + Recommended CKAN Mods (.ckan file included with the logs) Reproduction steps: when i decouple the two decouplers my game just exits. Hello, I was recreating a historical aircraft in ksp 2, when I realized that at a certain time after launch, due to a certain maneuver or because of behavior of parts, on of the prior listed reasons (I am not sure which one is the true cause) the game enters a freeze state where it becomes unplayable. There are 3 levels to this, the game either just deletes the craft but lets you revert to VAB, the game deletes the craft and freezes, forcing you to alt f4 or the game crashes entirely. I have attached an image of the game in the "game deletes the craft and freezes" type, however it seems I cannot add my Ksp2.log file.

I'm on the first publicly release version of KSP 2, and my game will not let me load a save or enter a new campaign. The game worked relatively well for me for a while, then at some point recently, it will not let me load into a game. I can get to the title screen, try to load into a game, and the game will freeze on pumping sim once. After 15 minutes or so on this screen, my screen will change into this odd black and white screen, and the only user interaction that works is f12 to bring up or hide the aerodynamics overlays. Nothing else works (including esc.). I'm on windows 10, and my computer has an NVDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (graphics card), an Intel Core i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz (processor), and 8 GB of installed RAM. No mods, I haven't found any workarounds that worked for me (though some people had some very creative ones on discord that didn't do the trick for me, like changing OS language to British English and deleting the AppData folder for the game (serious). I have seen other people have this same issue, and for all of them the screen they reached was identical. I have attached an image of it to this post, although it looks slightly brighter than this in person. I believe this is related to the wider issue of people being stuck on pumping sim once, but I don't know for sure how.

Meu jogo crasha quando eu vou abrir o mapa pra checar a órbita, viro o foguete etc. Isso só acontece quando uso minha placa de vídeo, quando uso processador pelo comando '-force-opengl' para de crashar, mas fica numa taxa de frames muito baixa. Minha placa de vídeo é uma RX 550 2gb, aguenta jogos mais pesados mas por algum motivo crasha com o KSP, não sei se é um bug ou é minha placa. *Nota: Meus drivers estão atualizados, meu sistema operacional é o Windows 11 Pro 22H2, tenho 16 gb de memória RAM ddr4 e meu processador é um Intel Core i5 9400F 2.90 GHZ
