Has anyone noticed the new features in the vessel info display at map mode? There's max accel. and burn time to 0 m/s.

I suppose it will be very useful for suicide burns now, if only it were in a more useful location.

Yeah, I saw that. I haven't tested it to see if it's correct or not, partly because what you pointed out - it's in a terrible place.

still, I did use it to gauge whether I had enough DV to circularize my orbit. It's the next best thing to having a proper DV read out.

That's hilarious. I guess nobody ever uses staging view for things like rendezvous and landing. It's not like being able to see the ground or the other ship is useful for something like that, right?

I'm pretty sure it's mainly for rendezvous, or that's what it's claimed to be for, not sure if you can use it for suicide burns. vOv
