I know I sound like a whiner, but I think I may play like this for now, I'm too excited for resources to worry about how to deal with the heat. It's in the Alt+F12 menu on the resources tab, I believe. I just glanced through it a bit to see if there was any new cool stuff like this, and there is! So there you go, if you wanna be a baby about it like me. Also, Bob Fitch did a really good video on how resources work if you wanna check it out:
