Staging in VAB/SPH doesnt 'glow' when mouse over

Hi, Ive seen in you tube videos that when you mouse over the staging list on the right, it outlines the part (engine, detachment manifold etc) so you can see it easier.

Mine doesn't do this, is it a setting that i need to activate, or do i have a bug?

Yeah, I was just noticing this myself. And I'm certain this was working in 1.0. So maybe it got broken in 1.0.2, or some mod I'm using (active texture management, perhaps?) is keeping it from appearing.

The edge glow is PPFX edge highlighting, it is not available on all graphics cards and needs anti-aliasing to function.
