Save game overwrite warning

Currently, if you select "Save Game" from the main KSC game window, then type in a name for your save that already exists, the game simply overwrites the existing save without any warning dialog. This results in having to first click "Load Save", check the names of existing saves, Cancel, then Save. Not critical of course, but seems odd that it's missing.

Also it would be nice if it listed what save games you have already made so you can over write and (i'm going to be a little way out there) delete
