UIs Not Working

When I enter the VAB, I cannot build any spaceships, the Upper half of the componets does not react to me clicking, only the bottom half of it does, this includes the UI, I can't save, exit etc.. I don't think Mods are the issue, because I played on the save before and it worked fine. Until Now. I tried Reviving Jebediah and Bill, But it didn't work. So I don't know if that is the issue.

Sometimes When I resume a save, this shows up, and I can't click anything:

EDIT: A New Save Works, but I would like to know why this is happening(I have a lot of missions on that save, I don't want to lose them!)

You'll need to show your output log and what mods you have.

Not that it helps but I sometimes get that issue when you load a save and its zoomed in like that, need to exit to menu and reload to fix. No idea what causes it.

I'm having similar issues.

I've noticed that id I am not focused on KSP when it loads to this point I have this issue happen more often than not. If I stay with KSP focused, I do not get this issue as often (if at all).

System:

Intel Core i3

6GB Ram

64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium w/SP1

Note: I know this is a windows thread.

I have the same issue in Linux. If the focus is not on KSP when you load a sandbox (Science, Career, or Open) it has the issue supplied above.

Encountered the same thing as well. Usually when just exiting by clicking on the bottom right and then reloading the save again, it works.
