Low fps

Hey all. I am using 1.0.4 and i have kas, ki(?), and mechjeb installed, thats all. I am experiencing low fps. My system should be fine to run. I have an i7 2.6 ghz 8gb of ram and an,nvidia 960m with 4gb of vram (not the 2gb they normally come with) but i have low frame rates when playingin 1920x1080. Any known issues or tweaks that could help me out with this problem?

Check the debug log and maybe try out KSP x64 I've found it works very well.

A few questions to help us figure it out for you:

- What kind of fps are you getting currently?

- What kind of fps are you hoping to have?

- What are the other graphical settings? (Atmospheric effects, texture quality, etc. etc.)

Check your computer's power saving settings. A common cause of unusually low fps is the CPU clockspeed being reduced despite there being at least one thread that is wanting to run continuously. Make sure that you have it set to "High performance" rather than "Balanced" or anything that sounds similar or even more power saving.

Thank you! You've just tripled my frame rate (even after bringing the graphics settings to max)
