Couldn't see the launch coverage, but there's something a bit weird between the various news sites - some speak about a proton / Block DM configuration, others for a proton / Briz-M configuration. (The last time proton-M flew with a block-DM03 it was the 2013 crash, because they mounted velocity sensors backwards - so the 1st stage guidance went nuts)

Wouldn't that make te first sucessful flight for this proton-M / block DM-03 configuration ? (The previous two uragan satellite launches with it failed)

Assuming it is successful, yes, but there's more than four hours to go yet.
