The only way I know is by changing the scripts of those files into the folder Clouds, "cloudLayers", "12 Astronomer's Surface Glow" and "10 Astronomer's Atmosphere".- - - Updated - - -It's on "Kerbal Space Program\GameData\BoulderCo\Clouds".
