Procedural Parts Extended

Welcome to Procedural Parts Extended (PPX)! This is a Procedural Parts texture pack including realistic simple textures for all your spacecraft. The mod also reskins some of the original Procedural Parts textures, so they no longer look ugly.

List of added textures:

Spoiler

 

  • BlackStyle - good for your spy satellites.
  • Orange - good for making fuel tank ends look realistic.
  • Orion - an attempt to make a good Orion Service Module texture.
  • Str1 - run out of names. Good for Second Stage fuel tanks.
  • Str2 - again run out of names. Just a clean white-ish fuel tank texture.
  • Str3 - texture inspired by the Mercury space program rockets.
  • WhiteStyle - a white texture derived from the Orion one.
  • SRBevolved - a good, simple SRB texture. Also looking good in other situations.
  • BlackLayer - a grey-black isolation material. Good for spy satellites and cool spacecraft.

  • Soyuz - made the green better
  • USsides - made the black and white clear.
  • WhiteSide - made black and white clear.
  • Stripes1 - same as above.
  • Stripes2 - same as above.

Thank you too! I'll be updating this after I finish my planet pack, Kerbol Origins.

SPOILER: procedural engines

It will not only be a texture pack but also make all stock engines into a single tweakable one, changing specs, models and textures at the click of a button.

It eludes me. It's like 5 hours i'm trying to add a texture to a procedural tank, followed instructions,put the right texture in the right directory and pasted this:

            texture = ProceduralParts/Parts/ends
        }
    }  

.....both to your cfg. and to the original one, and nothing.

It doesn't even give errors or missing texture messages, it simply doesn't show up in the texture selection bar.

May I ask You what am I doing wrong?
