I made this when I was trying to figure out how TARS walks in Interstellar. Turns out it's a really hard movement to mimic.

I tried getting it to climb the SPH stairs. Did you know it takes like 20 minutes to get from the launch pad to the SPH with this thing?

How to use:

Hold K (or whatever you want to set it to) to retract the legs and rotate them forward.

Hold H to extend the legs and rotate them backward, usually pulling you along.

Repeat. Remember to use your reaction wheels. If you fall, you can easily get back up (the only real advantage over a wheeled rover).

Requirements:

Infernal Robotics and the Model Rework Expansion.

Patience.
