Hold off a bit on the CKAN install, I'm trying to straighten out the install scripts. Meantime if you go to GitHub you'll get everything you need in the latest version.

Dres mission plans are complete! It works like this:

Dres mission every two years (SpaceplaneAddict or Sanic). Eight crew on the mission, two "caretakers" for the other craft. The crews will alternate between mission crew and caretakers. The craft will alternate, too.

This is the basic outline for Project Demeter.

Um... There's a weird bug. Every time I load KSP, the Minmus colony loads on Kerbin! It's really annoying, anyone know what's going on?

Sorry it's been a while. However, I have good news! A Gopher-class rover has touched down on Minmus. The idea behind this design is that it's a mobile colony, sort of like BATHMAT from @Geschosskopf's Outer Planets Traveling Circus. It can rove Minmus for several days, and when life support runs low, it can stop, inflate/assemble some UKS/Pathfinder modules, and recharge. Once that's done, everything pops back into storage and we move on.
