Mod that lets you throttle multiple RSC quads at once?

Im looking for a mod that will let me throttle down 8 thrusters.  Sometimes I dont need that large of RSC power and it shows it uglyness during precision docking maneuvers. Pressing Caps lock only cuts translation , but somehow my RSC systems ignore that im using precision controls and blast 1000% .

You could just add some of them to an action group and shut them down when needed

Part commander has a symmetry mod that groups thing that were placed in symmetry. That's how I set the thrust limit on my RCS blocks for mini probes to make docking easier.
