Search For Part? FINALLY????

So the other day I was thinking it's still a pain to find the part you want when I noticed the search box over the top of the parts. I was gobsmacked. When did that get added? I think part of me subconciously KNEW that there wasn't a search box so edited it out of my vision or something. All I know is that whoever added the darn thing I need to shout out THANK YOU VERY MUCH - YOU'RE AWESOME at the top of my lungs.

Oh and ironically, when I searched for anything about it on here... the search engine failed to find anything on the other search engine. Probably inter-search-engine-competition at work.

I'm pretty sure it was added in 1.1 when they redid all of the UI.

You're right, they added that in 1.1.

Do you mean the new antenna feature? It has been delayed to 1.2. Antennas are still there, they even added one in 1.1

Stock search still sucks against  Quicksearch mod (allows you to have saved custom search tabs) and Filter Extensions  - when you have something like

AIES, KW, B9, Dmagic orbital science, SXT, Ven's SR, HGR, Procedural Fairings for everything, Scansat, Interstellar, OPT, KIS/KAS, Station Science, Surface experiment pack and etc. in your mod list (yep, I'm sucker for parts, I know)

FE is a savior

How could I forgot to mention @RoverDude's stuff.  Top notch, all of them. USI forever!

I saw and yes I meant that and I know it did.

Tried the search a few times and the result were not as expected.  Gave up on using it.
