Does anyone know the name of this add-on?

This is the first post I'm making and I don't know if it's appropriate to ask question in this forum. If it's not I will delete the post.

 

The add-on I want to know had this features.

Add more symmetry layouts - Instead of just 2, 3, 4, 6, 8. You can set the symmetry for any number you wish (Under 20 I recall) by pressing the X key.

Align the struts and fuel duct with a simple press of a button. - For example, Struts and fuel ducts will align to the bottom, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, Top of the fuel tank by pressing a key.

Place the object you wish in a controlled manner. - I believe you could place the object to the median of it's height or width with also a simple key.

 

These are the features I remember.

I sold my old computer and got a knew one. And can't seem to find the name for this add-on. So can anyone help me?
