Resource Usage Build Aid?

I know there's a couple of mods that can do this for specific resources (e.g. TAC for life support or AmpYear for electricity) but are there any generalised ones that can do it for any and all resources? I presume it's technically feasible since Alternate Resource Panel does a great job of this in-flight, but I can't find any mods that offer it in the editor. Mainly I just want to be able to tell at a glance how long my fuel cells would last.

Does anything like this exist? Is anyone working on one? Is there any technical reason why this is tricky to do?

Appreciate any info!
