Can somebody create a spacesuit for me?

My GIMP/Photoshop skills are very bad and as such I am requesting any person who knows how to retexture spacesuits properly (for TextureReplacer) to create the following suit for me:

 

- It should include both an IVA and EVA texture as well as a helmet

- The main color shall be dark green

- The standard KSP decal should be replaced with the following flag:
