Request: No funds for rescues

The idea is that Kerbals cost a ton of money to hire, getting paid to pluck them from local to Kerbin orbits is really OP. Is it possible in MM to:

a) pay no funds for Kerbal rescues, bonus: get additional rep

b) still get funds for part recovery contracts

It is possible. You'll need to target nodes you can find inside contracts.cfg for modification. Instead of @PART[partname] { stuff } you'd do @CONTRACT[contractname] { stuff }.

Or something to that effect. I don't remember how the top level nodes inside contracts.cfg are actually named

The money for Kerbin orbit rescue are quite meager, so by the time you are getting this class of contracts the income they provide doesn't really affect the gameplay balance. Rescue from other places pays better - but then, these contracts are considerably harder, especially 'rescue from the surface' ones.
