Authority limiters for rover wheels.

It would be nice to be able to set a rover wheels steering authority. 4 wheel steering is great, but I would like to be able to dial in the rear axle to only steer 20% as hard as the front, or something like that. Kind of like wing control surfaces and their authority adjustment. 

 

EDIT: to add to this, the functionality is already there. Build a long rover with 5 sets of wheels evenly spaced. Axles 1 and 5 will steer to full lock. Axles 2 and 4 will steer about half lock. And axle 3, if inline with COG, won't steer. Now we just need to be able to manually adjust it. 

EDIT 2: apparently adding an ailerons authority tweak able module to the rover wheel .cfg doesn't do it

I agree. Makiny sharp turns on the Mun with a very light rover looks anr feels scary.

Also, as important (if not more, currently):
Complete, per-wheel, steering control inversion.

Almost always my rover's control system is loveed up because of the systems inability to properly "understand" the difference between vertical and horizontal control.

So at least let the player fix steering wheel by wheel to make sure the rover is controllable
