We are all hoping for a release as soon as possible, but it has taken a very long time so far because they decided to scrap the previous one entirely and start again from scratch. Nobody knows the release date, unfortunately. You should find all the latest news here and whenever a new "KSP Weekly" comes out in the section near the top of the forum called "The Daily Kerbal". I locked this thread because the question has been asked quite a few times already, but that's no problem at all.
