Really annoying mirror (glitch?)

In KSP I am trying to build a UNSC Spirit of Fire and I found out this wierd mirror glitch which is REALLY annoying. No matter how many times I try, when I use the mirror part all the triangles and some squares don't mirror and stay the exact same, just on the other side. Looks like this

 

Triangle: <-- Body|Mirror Triangle: <---

 

Does anyone have a fix for this? BTW I am using parts from B9 Aerospace
