Nose cone disapperance

I have a problem. 

When I downloaded Stratzenbiltz's save for the now-cancelled Moho Base, there was a save file and a Craft file. However, when I try to load the save, this happens.

 

And I know this issue, since Cupcake's flying wing, the Vulture, suffered from the same issue. It means that all these vessels won't load.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Why is this happening?

I'm going to move this over to tech support, as those more familiar with the mis-loads tend to hang out there.

Well, have you checked if the file exists on your install or if it went missing somehow (GameData\Squad\Parts\Aero\aerodynamicNoseCone\aerodynamicNoseCone.cfg)?

If it is there, maybe a different mod messed around with it, maybe you have restock installed?

A log file and the ModuleManager.ConfigCache would be helpful

I had no part mods installed, nor restock, so idk.

I'll be putting up the files later.
