Winch

I'd like to see some sort of winch in Breaking Ground. Currently, pistons are the only (sensible) part that can change length, but their minimum size is only about half their max. A winch would solve this, since it coils around itself. It would be useful for cranes, especially those on board planes and similar craft to lower vehicles out of cargo bay and then pick them back up.

I once made one with a whole lot of I-beams, claws, docking ports, rover wheels and landing gear.  It only worked for about thirty seconds before the kraken found it and hurled it across the KSC.
