Here is Episode 14 in my KSP series. And it's my first mission in the new Version 0.17 In this video I travel to the planet Eve.

Any thought's on this guys? In the video I show a rough way one might go about getting to the other planets. I might a some point explain my method in more detail if you guys have any interest. But the fuel cost is still a bit high in this method. And I would rather not resort to using MechJeb. As your not even really playing the game anymore your just watching an AI do everything for you. I will keep trying to refine my method and report back.

Yeah, I added a bunch more fuel to the tanks to try and get the hang of things. At some point I will do a proper video in the core game for added challenge.

I got to eve yesterday. however, i tried to get to gilly and spent too much fuel, and crashed into the oceon of eve. gonna do it again.

Nice! You got to Eve without mods? Good work.

You really should try getting such a lander there without using any parts modification. That would be a real challenge.

Also I suggest using parachutes when landing at Eve. Though you should watch that they don't rip your ship apart.

Yes I agree! And I plan to do that very thing. As soon as I get the basics down.
