Something is expelled from the back when I separate parts.

hi, I ask this now but it's long time I've noticed it on almost every ship.
something like a small luminous sphere is expelled at high speed from the back of the vessel when I separate parts.
Look at those 2 different ships, you can see those little objects rapidly move away.

not a problem, just curious, what's that little plasma sphere?

I believe you're seeing a puff of smoke as the engine ignites. Except it's throttled down so that isn't followed by flame and stuff.

uhm... not sure if I've got it, ok yes in the videos I've sent there are turned off engines
but the same "puff of smoke" can be seen even with tanks and separators only, no engines are involved.
just try it, don't you see nothing?

I see it all the time, never gave it much thought.  I just assumed it was some sort of graphical glitch that isn't worth dev time to fix, or the remnant of a graphical separation feature that was abandoned.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's not "real" as far as the game is concerned.  I don't think it's actually meant to be anything now.

Separators and decouplers give off a puff of smoke when they activate. It's just a visual effect.
