Drag values for parts

I see that there's a "maximum_drag" and "minimum_drag" value in the part cfg values. I know that these were used pre-1.0, before the new atmosphere model. Are they still used now? And if so, how?

I am pretty sure they are no longer used ---unless you go into the debug menu and select the old drag model.

(If you are curious, and want to check, you could temporarily edit a cfg file to increase each by 100× and see if it changes anything in game.)
