FMRS buttoms disapear

can some one help me i need help 

The FMRS works good from start of launching rocket but as soon as i stage 

(the stage which have both probe and chutes)

everythings disappear from the FMRS window 

just like picture i have done everything like reinstalling the game  and all its dependency

but no change i searched  the log file and find something 

and found this :

great it was working good but it happened after i updated some mod in Ckan 

yes i also playing in RSS

what do you think i should do :valcry:
