Challenge: Most Fuel To Orbit

Try to get as much fuel into orbit with perigee >= 40km using only stock parts.

Unless someone has a good conversion of solid rocket to liquid fuel, we'll only measure liquid fuel.

Here's my best so far: ~5.4 tanks.

Thanks. I could do a lot more, if I could actually pilot the rocket effectively. It's too large to steer with the lower stages attached.

Well, you can get to orbit with a single stage of 4 LFTs and one LFE, and have some fuel left over. So, theoretically, you could just repeat this design in two dimensions, since each part would be capable of putting itself into orbit. If the goal is only to get lots of fuel into orbit, this would be the simple way to do it, even though you wouldn't be left with a very efficient way to use the fuel once in orbit.
