No "Toggle crossfeed" option for decouplers with advanced tweakables enabled

Title is self explanitory, cant seem to find a toggle fuel crossfeed option with advanced tweakables being enabled, trying to do this on a TT-38K radial decoupler.
I need this option because i dont have fuel lines yet.

There's no getting around researching fuel ducts, I'm afraid. You need to research Fuel Systems (ie. the tech tree node that gives you the fuel duct part) before you can crossfeed decouplers.

Fuel ducts need to be researched to allow decoupler crossfeed, and struts need to be researched to use autostruts.
