Nearly completed the latest in the SkyPad family, SkyPad 4A. I've color-coded the modules--green for Vegetation, blue for (power) Generation, amber for Communication, and red for Habitation. It needs more Habitation Modules as the station is designed to support 24 Kerbals at a time, and then I'm done.

Also, fired one designer who was responsible for the docking port.

My current space station.

It has a docking bay but I can't fit some craft in it, like the crew recovery shuttle there. Which will be replaced with a craft that is designed as a crew transport, not a cargo SSTO with a crew hitch hiker module in the cargo bay.

6 RCS powered small personal transports

6 small one person viewing cupola

Worked on and made larger size booster "S3-Type" Drop 3 tanks/engine then drop 3 tanks/engine left with center tank/engine (3x2 stage drop).

Given that 0.25 is imminent, there may be no further updates to SkyPad 4A. But that's just as well. It can support up to 24 Kerbals indefinitely in orbit, and adding on will just kill FPS even worse.

I decided to build a station around an asteroid orbiting Mun. It's a class C. The station is all stock. It's hard to get a good shot that shows off the whole station.

They're part of Whyren's Snacks Life Support parts, but zzz modeled the greenhouse and you can see it in other life support mods as well.

Here is my station. It has a full (128 Kerbal) OKS functioning station along with a Extraplanetary Launchpad and a Docking bay from the IXS extension. The second is my ship I made from the B9 mod and E.L. It is a interplanetary ship with full colony building capability and E.L. for any extra parts you may need. Oh and did i mention it has warp capability.

So I have been lurking for a long time stealing bits and pieces from everyone's designs. I came up with this station core and had not seen it anywhere.

Here's another use for those new cargo bays: keeping your tugs stored and safe.

This time with fairings and a docking port for the micro meteorite shield in case I mess up like NASA did. I suddenly noticed that I had forgotten the extra docking port at the top, but i added that one for a later launch.
