But I started playing it a lot about a month ago and have moderate experience from watching hours of Matt Lowne (great ksp YouTuber btw) but I am yet to get to any planet except the mun because console is so infuriating. There is barely any information on complex console vab assembly and I can't build anything suitable to get to a planet. I also tried to get to minmus, successfull, except that I was going so fast that I smashed into it. Anyway, has anyone got some information or tips about console (Xbox)? Vanamonde Posted June 21, 2022 Share Posted June 21, 2022 I suspect that it's not a problem of console versions but rather that this game is quite different from typical gaming. Most of us learned not by following guides but by putting ships together, seeing how they flew, how they failed, and then designing a better one next time. It's not uncommon to spend days or weeks getting a feel for shipbuilding and operating before reaching other planets. In fact, a significant proportion even of people who have been playing for a long time have never been farther from Kerbin than the moons. My advice is to take a lander which worked on Mun and just keep adding stages to it until it can reach other planets. And welcome to our forum.
