Iapetus7342
The other night i dreamed that i was in a game where there was a city that was flooding with lava and some guy was guiding me to safety. we went through some dangers and took an elevator. For some reason i was teleported to this fancy balcony thing with some shops and people. Then out of nowhere it cut to a top-down perspective of an early version of our solar system with this narrator guy who sounded like Graystillplays playing this. the solar system was still on the balcony and he was remaking the Moon's formation. I forgot the rest.

BA-Forums
I had this dream (nightmare?) about the ISS unexpectedly deorbiting with astronauts on board. it was VERY realistic, and I had to check my news feed, the NASA website, and this forum... I was genuinely scared that the ISS deorbited. It didn't feel like a dream at all and I was extremely relieved when I found out it was all a dream. I'll update with anything I remember. I once had a dream JWST's Ariane V exploded during launch. This was before the launch so I was nervous it would actually happen. Thankfully it didn't. I'll update with anything I remember. ok so here is what i remember from it (it took me a while but i wrote it down) PART 1 I was going around doing my normal day to day stuff. I see a breaking news report on TV that the ISS started to deorbit without any warning, and that there is little hope for the crew to survive. So I'm freaking out, while watching a very STS-107-like video feed of the reentry and then i tuned into the iss live view stream and the camera was seeing all shades of red and orange with modules and stuff breaking off before debris from the station hit it. to be continued... BA-Forums
PART 2 The feed from the ISS live stream goes dead. I decide to come here and see what you guys say. @Vanamonde and the other mods attempts to restore order to a new thread that was opened on the incident, and it works. (kind of.) I turn on my TV and watch the reentry. I see the space station break up into hundreds of meteor-like pieces. I check the NASA websites: A black screen, with the original NASA logo in black and white, and text saying: "NASA has suspended all operations indefinitely." A few hours later, I find out that the debris landed in Wyoming. I decide to cheer myself up, so I open Reddit to look at memes. Instead, I click the most upvoted post, which is about debris recovery of the now disintegrated space station. A few days later, I end up getting into an argument on twitter with a conspiracy theorist/troll, which is surprising because I don't have a twitter account. I forgot what the troll's statement was, but it was along the lines that it was caused by the eclipse, the government needed money for nefarious purposes, wokeness (what?), aliens to name a few. I end up flying to Arlington to attend a memorial service for the astronauts. NASA gets shut down at the memorial service because the administrators are forced to resign due to people hating NASA. I go back to my house after seeing that the troll's argument gets to many people and it becomes accepted, I reflect on the end of manned spaceflight as we know it, go to bed, and then i wake up in real life. The end. I think this nightmare was caused by my many phobias, general dislike of social media, conspiracy theories, and my worst fears coming to life in real time. Thankfully, it was all a dream, and I hope it isn't a vision of the near future. I went to In-N-Out after, so that was nice.

Scarecrow71
So I had this dream last night that I was at someone's house, and I'm not sure whose house it was. But the house seemed familiar, and it was like I was friends or family or at least on good terms with whomever owned the place. It was near the end of some trip (vacation, perhaps? Maybe just a simple "hey, how's it going" stopover?), and I had to do laundry before leaving. The washing machine was in the basement, at the bottom of this really old and rickety set of wooden steps. There was a light on in the basement from around the corner of where the washing machine was, but I needed to turn the light on over the machine itself, and there was a switch right next to me. I flipped the switch once, and the light didn't come on. I immediately - IMMEDIATELY - said to myself "I'm dreaming", and flipped the switch again. Still no light. Flipped it a third time, and the light came on long enough for me to get down the stairs. But when I hit the bottom of the stairs, the lights went out...and I woke up. Side note: I have issues turning lights on in my dreams. So when it happens, such as in the above example, I know I'm dreaming. It doesn't really help to turn the lights on, but it somewhat eases any tension I might be having knowing that what I'm seeing/experiencing isn't real. SunlitZelkova
I had a dream I was at a lakeside resort in Idaho with my family. My dad and sister stayed at the cabin and my mom and I went into a nearby big city to pick up Chinese food. All of sudden the emergency alert system went off on tue TVs in the restaurant and our phones. The way my stomach dropped when it stated an ICBM attack was inbound is indescribable. I’ve almost never felt that kind of terror in a dream. We braced for impact by closing the blinds. We waited but nothing happened. The city we were in and many others were spared, but Cleveland wasn’t so lucky (it seemed to have been an initial escalatory strike). Later in the dream we inexplicably went to France and ended up getting nuked there despite attempts to flee. I awoke with an unsettling feeling that it’s not going to be long before nuclear weapons are used in anger again.
