There isn't really one, KSP 2 data is not stored in folders and individual files, but in Unity addressable bundles.  Those are located in KSP2_x64_Data/StreamingAssets/aa/StandaloneWindows64. As for mods, since we're using the BepInEx mod loader, they are (usually) in BepInEx/plugins.
