KSP Crashes Often when Switching to Other Windows while Loading

Hello fellow Kerbonauts, I hope you are all having a great summer so far

The title says it all.
I've restarted the game, my PC, completely reinstalled and checked every mod I have, even did a clean reinstall of the game itself and yet it will still crash often when reverting to the VAB. It could possibly be me running out of RAM, and it could possibly be my CPU being overloaded as it is heavily bottlenecked by my 12 gig 3060; I really hope to upgrade soon

Specs:
16 GB DDR4 RAM
RTX 3060 12 GB
Intel Core I5-10400F

Game is running off my local disk.

Did a full virus scan last night and Windows found nothing.
