Renaming craft files in VAB/SPH

My google-fu is failing me... is there a mod which will allow renaming of a craft file, short of loading-renaming-saving-deletingtheold? I would appreciate this merely trivially important QoL improvement if only I could find it! (If it exists.)

@softweir I think Craft Manager and Craft Organizer can both do it.

I sometimes get the 2 mods confused with each other. 1 is maintained by LinuxGuruGamer and works with KSP 1.12.5, but I forgot the maintenance state of the other 1. Both mods have forum threads and are on CKAN.

@DeadJohn Many thanks for the advice! I ought to have looked into LGG's mod list before asking - there's damn little he hasn't written or adopted!
