[1.12.x] Embedded kOS Kirkuits

Embedded kOS Kirkuits adds kOS processors to selected probe cores. Its primary use is career mode play with Skyhawk Science System (which is supported out of the box) but other mods can be supported as well (pull request on github welcome, or include the support patch with your mod). The mod contains a (deactivated by default) example patch which makes it act like the old kOS for All! mod.

This is great, exactly the sort thing I was looking for as I also use Skyhawk Science System and wanted appropriate kOS machines to appear on probes and CM in a balanced way.
