Need help with Game error (KSP 1)

An unexpected problem arose when installing mods manually - ALL ship parts (including mod ones) were removed. The game starts, everything works fine, except for parts. Accordingly, when entering saved games, all ships evaporate because there are no parts for them... I can’t give an error in most because I don’t understand how and because it doesn’t exist as such - the game starts and works, so i need your help in fixing the game without removing it to the root

Also a question - how to avoid such problems with mods? Do the CurseForge as a program solve it? Thanks in advance to answers!

Get CKAN and try it again.  It would probably be best to manually delete all mods first and then start over.
