And generally to do that an "and is required to show you are finishing the list. Otherwise it feels wrong. e.g Bubbles burp, gurgle, splatter and spill, while flowers bloom, birds, bees, lions, trees, tigers, bears grow. If you wish to end the list, you can add "and" to the end of the current sentence. The list will then only allow one more item.
