Mod Failed to Load

I just modded KSP and I can't rule out what's causing this issue. I've uninstalled both NearConstruction and FreeIVA and the error still occurs. Any idea to what's causing this?

Are you sure you really removed FreeIVA? The exception is happening on a FreeIVA code...
