Kopernicus Planet Creator 0.4 (Only change is I modularized the code. Run main.py)

For the longest time I wanted to make something that would ease the creation of planets, and give back to the KSP community in some way.  This is not a mod in the traditional sense, but it DOES work with making config files for an existing mod.  Anyway...I could not realize this dream for the longest time.  I had an idea, but no way to realize it.

Until LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT came along.

I used Claude in developing this because their new 3.5 model is quite frankly amazing.  So I give you, Kopernicus Planet Creator, written in Python.  I got rid of all the bugs I could find with Claude's help, but right now I need testers.  Here is the code so far.  https://github.com/Draconiator/Kopernicus-Planet-Kreator - Got a new Github!

0.4 has texture previes, and i have to fix the folder generator

So, in a hypothetical sense if you wanted to do something like, make a patch to make a JNSQ compatibility patch (2.5x rescale to a specific body), you could do that with this? It's a really interesting (and useful sounding tool).

I'm not sure,  I just explained my requirements to Claude, and it just coded it.  but I wanted to make sure that everything you can do with Kopernicus, you can do here.

I worry that it won't be as useful a tool as you hope if you don't have that much of a handle on its capabilities and how it works...

You will need Python installed in your Windows environment.  I may make an .exe file so anyone can run it, I just didn't because I don't want to get the mods angry for spreading executables.

i do have python but it (the mod) still doesn't work

Sorry guys, development has slowed WAAAAY down as Claude is not as accessible as it once was, and until I find a replacement, or run a large LLM model locally, I probably will not be able to work on it as much as I want....

Still working on this, slowly.  NEWLY ADDED:  Previews!   But unfortunately that's all Claude will let me do today lol
