Missing vanilla parts and interior models in game

I recently redownloaded KSP1 (100% Vanilla) and noticed I was missing some parts in game (A bit of everything, no apparent patern).

I tried to verify my files trough steam but it did not detect any missing files.

I then decided to check by myself in KSP/gamedata/squad/parts and the missing parts were present there

I then deleted my entire gamedata folder and redownloaded it trough steam. Didn't solve my problem

But, when in game, the parts simply don't exist and I have a warning each time I try to load an old save because of crafts containing parts I ''don't'' have.

I tried redownloading the game and... The parts were there! BUT I was missing all of the parts interiors and could not enter IVA mode.

I redownloaded the game yet again and now I'm missing both the interiors and some parts (the missing parts are not the same as last time)

I really hope someone could figure that out because I have absolutely no clue whatsoever on what could be causing this problem.

I also though of another solution; someone could send me there vanilla gamedata folder and I could try to replace my current gamedata folder with this one, But I'm not even sure if that's actually the issue and it's a lot to ask anyway...

Are you playing a career game?    Have you unlocked the missing parts yet?

And illegal.   It’s specifically forbidden by the EULA, and discussion of such is not allowed on the forums.       Welcome to the forums!  
 

But honestly, if you have it through steam, there’s no reason to get your game data folder from any other source.   Since you’ve mucked up the folders, trying another file verification through steam might trigger the correct backups.    If that doesn’t work,  I’d just backup your saves, wipe the whole thing clean, and reinstall.    
 

If that still doesn’t work, there’s something weird going on, we’ll need to see some log files as per the sticky at the top of the forum.

I've only loaded sandbox saves. I know it's not an issue related to game progression because I can't load into an old save without receiving a warning that some craft countain missing parts.

I've redownloaded the game twice trough steam and verified my files a dozen of times... I'm really desperate
