so adapter, stock decoupler, booster, satellite (possibly more than one piece) yeah thats not hard, he says knowing nothing about modding

Actually, it's

*interstage nose for the Jupiter

*Scaled down Sergeant (the bottom half of that pic)

*tub to hold the Sergeants

*satellite

(the satellite technically should have some heatshielding conformal fairings, but that's ok to leave out.)

Hmm. The tub is actually best done as two parts.

i am curious how much detail you're willing to go in to for the Mercury capsule will it have the deployable periscope as a science experiment? will it have RCS? and can you put the inflatable floats (what are they called) on to it and gemini

Jupiter c is awesome, maybe after the current set is done I can work on that.

Periscope is a fun Idea, foats are more difficult but still fun. Maybe later...

I don't plan on creating heat shields until atmospheric heating functions KSP, no point in doing the same work twice.

I am not asking for a heat sheild im asking for the landing bag under it i figured what ever squad did to make the landing gear crumple on impact could work for it

Two suggestions, one simple and one quite possibly impossible at this point...

First, the Titan II ICBM wasn't originally intended to be MIRVed (I'm not sure it ever DID get MIRVed, actually), and instead carried a single, massive 25-megaton "city-killer" warhead. Maybe you could add that? It'd basically be the warhead nose cone as a single solid piece.

Second, one thing I've always wanted to see someone pull off is modify the Gemini parachute to be able to switch to the real-life two-point suspension system that Gemini used, where it deployed on the nose, then, after disreefing, it popped a bolt holding the parachute lines down to the skin and swung so that the capsule came down horizontally (originally to make the parafoil work). If you could find a way to do that, you'd probably be hailed as a modding god. ;)

Rdfox is right. FASA's MIRV is the missile bus of the Peacekeeper missile. The Titan II ICBM SAS is what actually controlled the Titan II ICBM.

A parachute hanging at an actual angle was done in another mod, but I don't know which one. I think it's in the Add-on development section.

Also wanted to say that I liked the beta release for the science update. It gets new stuff out earlier to the big fans and results in less buggy releases when it is released to the general public.

So bad news and good news. The good news is im going to push it out to spaceport today. Bad news is I could not fix the control from here on the big G docking ring. It seems that as soon as I add animation to the docking node its control from here direction gets shifted 90 degrees. Take just the animation off and its magically fixed. I tried parenting it to different objects and even dummy objects and I still got the same result. So for now you will have to live with a 90 off axis control form here on that module.

Delete your old mod first, you know the drill...

Change log

2.41 - Added Science First pass on tech tree!, Gemini AeroNosecone(no Docking Port), Gemini Antenna and Goo Irradiation device

Bugged- control from here on Big G Docking ring is off by 90 degrees.

Added sounds to SRB - first pass may be buggy for some people

Decreased mass of Redstone engine

New Craft Files and Sub Assemblies

Reduced efficiency of LR91 and LR87

Increased thrust in MIRV

Decreased thrust in LR91

Removed the decoupler from the ICBM SAS

Fixed small lander leg

Fixed Redstone engine collision bug

Increased the resolution of Mercury Redstone fuel tank, (Blurriness was bugging me)

i just found a weird bug with this new version which is that whenever i equip this pack, the window that opens between the start menu and the parts/plugins loader would not stop loading and would be stuck for hours.

to basically summarize if you don't know what i mean the game won't load and isn't crashing so there is no output log because it is just loading

What are you running ksp on pc mac lunix? Did you delete the old version of FASA before installing the new one? If you delete FASA do you get normal operation? Have you tried re-downloading or downloading the one on the mirror? Sometimes spaceport corrupts files.

Easily one of my favorite mods for KSP, Well Done! :D Plus, the Gemini interior makes a nice addition to Devo''s excellent "Eagle" mod from Space 1999.

Been running it fine with no problems! well... except for flying the Winged Gemini. I have tried using the SAS as you suggest, and I can hold it stable until I get low in the atmosphere, after that, if I try to turn, or maneuver to land, it just flips end over end and my Kerbals perish... For Science!

As a Suggestion, could you include a docking port front for the Winged Gemini? I have a Big G in orbit, but it sure would look cooler with a W-Gemini docked on to it! :P Maybe you could make it a covered docking port, like the stock "Shielded Clamp-o-tron" so as to keep an aerodynamic look?

On the Spaceport, some of the comments say the tree stuff isn't working for them: but the parts show up on the Tech Tree just fine in Career Mode for me. No Trouble researching them either, except for getting the science anyway.

Keep up the good work!

if you would like to add some more parts that match real well eith gemini download the latest version of Nova Punch. Also a few bits of 3.75m parts that will fit on to big G

Yeah, the 5 meter parts are great for that. You can quite easily make the Saturn INT-20, which was one of two launch vehicles for the Big Gemini. The RCS Quad from KW Rocketry fits the Big G perfectly as well (the RCS quads in NovaPunch are still a bit low on detail).

Are there any plans for an IVA for the Gemini Lander Pod? I debating on making one for myself but if there are plans in doing one I can hold off.

The lander was suppose to be this but I made it before the seats were available. I do plan on making a custom seat sometime in the future. If you would like to make an IVA for it knock your self out.
