The easiest way would probably be to define it as a regular engine that uses monopropellant as it's fuel.

Thanks my friend,but because i find from B9 Pack a thruster and i like it for one mod (lander) i need if i can to change this part work like engine!

Hydrotech lets you manipulate the RCS force across the board, but it's generally not usable with MJ/MJ2, it just behaves really weird when fly-by-wire computers are trying to control the RCS and Hydrotech has cutdown the magnetude, they can be installed and present on the same ship, just don't use both at the same time
