This is not window on photo. It's hatch and window just because dust coming inside of this museum item. And this looks pretty awsom! This model and kerbal inside it. Is it your work?

Aww, I had feared that it would be and Thanks, I've been playing about with a plugin I downloaded made by sfr, I've made a couple of different versions just messing about really because I can't get the source code for the plugin to compile into a working .dll and I wanna fix said plugin before releasing any models. I left a post in Plugin Development with some more screenshots if you're interested.

VASIMR is great but what it needs is the fuel tank compatible with 2,5m node so that it would easier fit while using vanilla command pods.

I agree. You don't even have to change the fuel tank - just add some trusses like a Soyuz interstage as a second model, and attach it to the fuel tank with a config file edit. That way, you can keep the current design, and have a second one that fits in-line with the 2.5m hull.

Let me add: the rocket itself is fun. One of those, one fuel tank, a command pod, four Kosmos TKS solar panels, and batteries (LOTS of batteries) was able to go from Kerbin orbit to the Mun, to Minmus, to Duna, on maybe 2/3 or 3/4 of a single tank of fuel. I am going to look at incorporating it on some exploration craft.

But Salyut is already in KOSMOS pack. I think this pack is very famous. I don't think that i can create stations better then they.

The Kosmos pack doesn't really have a Slayut, It has parts that you can make it look a Salyut. But the textures aren't like the real one.

Use the MIR core module from bobcats soviet pack, that's what I use. Also a KW faring to hide the 4 docking rings works well.

Suggestion on the VASIMR engine: you may want to add the following two lines to the config file:

breakingForce = 200

breakingTorque = 200

If not specified, the defaults for these parameters are comically low, well below what is needed for 2.5m parts. Had the engine just plain fall off during stage separation a couple times...

That aside, it's a beautiful engine.

Lol, your post got me curious, so I checked some pictures of the real Salyut stations. I actually find the KOSMOS design cooler than the real life one, but each person has his own taste, right? I generally like to have multi-purpose parts, while others might want to undertake historical missions.

Usually historical (soviet) stuff was multi-purpose. A lot of stages were shared by different launchers, a lot of spacecraft were multi-purpose...etc.

A little experiment of mine, styled after the N111. Uses the Blok V + Blok G plus the 3rd stage from the Vostok as well as the Vostok. All parts are from MrTheBull except for 1 decoupler and the launch clamps.

A Luna (Lunokhod lander), right? I am so impressed by those things and this one looks amazing. Too bad Unity can not render it this nicely Those 50-60's Soviet designs are sexy as anything.

I caught myself almost hoping Opportunity will break down, so the Lunokhod remains the record holder for furthest drive on another body.

Quite well in fact, you use all of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages and have to use the Vostok's motor for the orbital insertion.
