Combining Tech Trees

So I've seen how it is possible to add a Tech Requirement to Parts. I've seen how it is possible to add additional Nodes to the Tech Tree by overwriting the Tech Tree (right?).

My question is: is it possible for multiple mods that add nodes to the tech tree to co-exist? Or will they replace the node additions?

Kinda unclear, but atm it seems like custom tech trees CAN (not 'will') create issues with other mods installed over top.

I have already heard people talking about having issues with KWrocketry, NovaPunch, HOME, and KSPX when using the new TreeLoader Mod...

And so far that only supports rearanging the nodes...not making new ones (that I know of).

Honestly I dont see why so many people have an issue with the stock tree. Yes its true squad kinda sorted their parts funny. But that has NO bearing at all on the tree itself. The stock tree is perfectly fine imo...there is a fair amount of nodes and the progression of them is fine. At best we need mods to adjust the location of parts within the tree...NOT THE TREE ITSELF!

And these problems have arisen with only a couple custom trees out there....

I would be interested in mods that take the game into more futuristic technologies. That would definitely require the tree to be expanded. Plus other mods that add things completely unrelated the the current technologies (Robotic Parts) just don't make sense being slotted into the existing tree.

In any case considering the mod-friendly-ness of the game it would make most sense that they give us as much access to everyone system as possible.
